Supervision services include:
- Visiting the project, continuous monitoring and reviewing conduction issues and progress of conduction.
- Overall compliance of conduction works with drawings and technical specifications, standards and work schedules and confirming the accuracy of their conduction.
- Providing weekly reports on the compliance of conduction and design and necessary solutions to improve the work.
- Providing necessary guidance for the correct conduction of the project to the resident supervision agency or contractor and solving problems and answering technical and design questions that arise for the resident supervision and contractor.
- If the workplace needs detailed drawings, due to a lack of drawings or changes made during the work, preparing and presenting these drawings and technical specifications quickly and on time for conduction, so as not to delay the process of project conduction operations.
- Reviewing and conduction on the technology of work execution that has been selected in the detailed and executive design stage.
- Preparing and issuing work schedules at different stages.
- Cooperate with the client in purchasing equipment and materials and determine the process for selecting qualified equipment and material vendors and comment on compliance with technical specifications and executive drawings or possible changes before ordering a purchase and before use.
- Control and approve the process of conducting tests, their results and notify the contractor of the work order to correct defective materials and equipment or work.
- Cooperate with welding and bolting supervisors and provide solutions in case of problems and follow up to fix them.
- Review, comment and approve construction drawings prepared by contractors.
