Rehabilitation and Retrofitting services include:
- Gathering initial information.
- Initial assessment of the building condition, providing a preliminary list for conducting data collection and required tests (geotechnical and material strength).
- Monitoring the accurate assessment of the current state of the building structure, conducting tests and experiments. Reviewing the results of geotechnical studies and experiments and preparing construction drawings and providing a qualitative vulnerability report.
- Modeling and analyzing the structure and foundation, controlling acceptance criteria and controlling the need or lack of a definite need for seismic rehabilitation using ASCE41, FEMA codes and Iranian code number 360, and providing a quantitative vulnerability report.
- cooperate with the client according to the report comparing the presented retrofitting designs from an economic, technical and executive perspective, selecting the best design and providing details of the best design.
- Financial estimate including preparing detailed quantities and estimating the cost of conduction, predicting the duration of the conduction and preparing an economic analysis report for the design.
- Preparing design and tender documents.
